Know Me
I am a results-driven creative leader specialising in elevating in-house media capabilities and producing visual content that rivals top external production houses.
With deep expertise across strategic team management, high-end video and photography production, and digital marketing, I am passionate about combining creativity and operational efficiency to deliver impactful storytelling.
In my current role at EY Ireland, I focus on transforming media quality, scalability, and influence within a corporate environment. I led the evolution of EY’s in-house video and photography output from basic internal communications to market-leading creative work that competes with, and often surpasses, external agencies. I manage a team of videographers and photographers, guiding creative direction, quality control, and talent development. I also spearheaded the build of a state-of-the-art broadcast studio, enabling fast-turnaround, broadcast-ready content across the firm.
Beyond my corporate leadership role, I bring more than a decade of hands-on production experience as a freelance director, filmmaker, and editor across corporate, music, and event media. My work spans storyboarding, scripting, crew management, and full end-to-end production delivery. I previously served as Head of Video for Sofar Sounds and The Ruby Sessions, where I led production of complex live music sessions and artist-focused multimedia content.
I also founded The OB Sessions, an award-winning music platform where I produced video sessions, interviews, and reviews, while overseeing marketing, SEO, and event fundraising, raising money for charity through community-driven initiatives.
My portfolio includes high-impact content for leading brands such as Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Vodafone, Sony Music, Nespresso, and Rimmel London.
I have had my photography work published in leading publications like The Irish Times, The Irish Independent, Hot Press, and Billboard, to name a few.
I’m always open to collaborating with fellow creative leaders, supporting in-house media transformation, and exploring new ways to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
